Merge Mansion Main Game Item List Guide

Written Feb 2021Updated 09/08/2024 — Current Level: 43

A fan-made un-official guide as I play the game.

*There are many small changes in the game with each major game update. I will try and find and fix things as I go, but there will likely be some inconsistencies until I can find them*

*** Sept 2024: I apologize to everyone, but I’m making an announcement that although I will continue to sporadically play that game, I haven’t touched it in a while. It started a few months ago when the game started getting less enjoyable as a whole (constant changes making it hard to stay on top of things, so many money grabs, and repetitive events that just weren’t interesting anymore or just plain weird) and came to a head when I got a month-long illness. Perhaps if I stay away from it for a period it will be interesting again, I don’t know. Either way, I’m stopping coverage on events, and probably will continue to update images and chains but only if I’m actually playing the game, which, like I said, I haven’t in a long while. Thank you for reading and support these last 3 years. I’ll update when I update!! ***

Game Changes List

As I find them in the game. Starting June 2023

  • 424 — Item inventory has added “Sorted by type” button
  • 324 — Not a game change, but I am going through to update some chains and recording their descriptors; Toolbox max chain levels increased from 9–12; Tools max chain levels increased from 10–12 max; Toy Car max chain levels increased from 10–12
  • 224 — changed appearance of Gems; Bronze Coins are now Gold Coins with appearance change; fixed task completion animation slow-down, allowing a “skip” function; Added Producers tab to Inventory where producing items may be stored but with a caveat that production pauses while in storage (opinion: while I’m glad the task completion animation is fixed, I wish the developers would stop changing little things all the time and focus more on new content and game expansions)
  • 124 — changed task completion animation (for the worse, imo)
  • 1223 — Decoration shop available to buy missed decorations from prior years; New Area: The Gallery to be opened in January
  • 1123Lamp chain increased from 6 to 10 levels
  • 10/10/23 — 2nd installment of Dining Room Area; Side Entrance Area added new tasks; New chains: Watering and Water Bucket; Daily Tasks shortened to 3 tasks in 4 hours and rewards changed
  • 10/9/23Drawer max chain expanded to 12 levels from 7 levels; Broom Cabinet max chain expanded to 12 levels from 11 levels; New artwork for picture frames in Love Story chain; Gardening Toolbox max level increased from 11 to 12
  • 6/3/23Wood added 2 more chains, from 4 to 6 levels; Colored Box items are no longer are cobwebbed; New Daily Boxes added: gloves, planted flower
Navigation and Game Tips
  • For easier navigation on this site, use the Find (ctrl + F) feature on your browser or the quick-jump links
  • If you are running out of tasks to complete, focus on finishing out merge chains. For example: I suddenly opened up the Romantic Spot area when I finished the 11th merge in the Love Story chain, despite not having increased in player level.
    • It is worth it to get higher merges as opposed to keeping several smaller merge levels when mining for items because higher merge levels yield: Higher level items, increased taps, and lesser wait times.
    • Try to merge brown and blue chests before opening them for much better rewards
  • Merging the entire chain for piggy banks significantly increases yield
  • It’s generally a good idea to keep the higher levels of merge chains in storage for easy task fulfillment in the future

  1. …. Oh ! I do have one question… I have on a few occasions accidentally merged items that I didn’t want merged. ( seed sacks for e.g. ). Apart from finding scissors… is there any way to undo this ?

    1. Sadly, no. The addition of the scissors is nice, though, because prior to it, you just had to do it all again. I’m just glad they added an “undo” option for accidental selling, as well as a warning before attempting to sell a higher tier merged item

    1. Scissors — come as a reward — once you have them you cannot sell them — I did not find the useful

I believe the cam in one of the chests.

  2. Thanks so much for sharing. I was getting frustrated trying to figure out how to get some items. You put a lot of work into this!

  3. Where do you get your tap counts for the levels of piggy banks? I only get 12 taps from level two bank and the gold level three tap number changes every time I get one! It’s so frustrating since I’m trying to be the new level 4 bank. I’m just not going to tap at all until I merge them next time (and hence lose all the extra money/gems). Ugh.

    1. Honestly, they seem to change whenever I tap them, and things seem to change with every update! Even before, the taps seemed to vary in range per level. Thanks for the heads up, though, I hadn’t tried again since the level 4 was introduced. But, yes, typically the higher the level there are much more and better rewards!

    2. Also, I’ve found that if you’re tapping the pigs to reap before merging them, you get penalized…meaning you don’t get the full benefit of taps on level 2 piggy banks if you’re tapping the level 1 before you merge. You only get the difference. Just did a test and got 20 taps from level 1 piggy bank, and then 33 from the level 2–both fresh and untapped. That’s a difference of 13 taps…maybe where your 12 is coming from?

      1. You definitely get penalized if you tap on any level of bank before merging. I wasn’t sure waiting 8 days to get a level 4 bank was worth it, but I’ve been keeping track of taps and rewards and you really do get quite a bit more if you just have patience and wait until that level 4 bank. Like, hundreds of coins more and at least 40 more gems each time I’ve kept track.

    3. I think they’ve changed the total taps of piggy banks in a recent update. It seems like a lot less taps than we used to get. I haven’t counted exactly and I didn’t even realize there was a level four piggy bank till looking at this page. Gonna take a long time to get that up to level four. Ugh!

    1. When you find out email me sly1539@yahoo,com

I quit playing just because there are so many items that there is no way to find out how to get one/ there is also a black card zi can’t find

    1. Interesting! They change stuff all the time… I distinctly remember the game saying that you have to complete the tennis court to open the cemetery

    1. I’m going to be honest with you, I don’t know. I’ve kept mine around (I’m only level 40) just in case, but I’ve often considered trashing them because they take up valuable space! I no longer have access to the 3‑day Events, and so far the creators seem to give you things that you would need or help get rid of things no longer needed, so I assume you won’t need them? I, personally, will continue to keep them around.

      1. Why do you “no longer have access to three day events” and is there a way to reset the price of the crates you can by I was buy them alot when I first started playing and didn’t notice the price hike per use for way to long.

      2. I’m not sure why I don’t have access. I think it’s because I’ve progressed too far and no longer need the items from them. It used to be a great way to farm for money. As far as I can tell, you can’t reset the prices. I didn’t realize they jump up in price when I first bought them either.

  4. I finally got into the mansion! It took a very long time to get there.
It needs a lot of cleaning! And there was a new chest – a red one.

    1. I got in the mansion, dropped a few things from the red trunk, and now it’s disappeared! The only way I see to get another one is to collect 200 gems and buy it. Is this correct? I cannot complete the tasks without it! Please help

      1. You don’t need the red Chest for any tasks, you only need the new producers you will get from the chest. And you can earn more red chests in the mansion (or buy it). And you can merge two red chests like the brown and the blue one.

      2. I have also JUST got into the mansion myself. I’ve played through a few tasks and so far so good! The game has given me everything I need. Hopefully, you’re not still stuck

  5. I’m wanting to know if there is any kind of guide as to the things we should be storing, when? For instance I’m only at level 30, and the stuff from the lockets is taking up room, when do I start needing them? What about, the yarn from the moths when do I need that, or the butterflies?
Thanks in advance for any help
    Libby

    1. That’s a good point. I started really putting info into the chains after I did a lot of the areas.… Let’s see…the moth yarn was used a lot for the area to the right of the Romantic Spot. The lockets are needed for the Love Story chain FOR the Romantic Spot Area. I don’t know how it is now, but the Romantic Spot area didn’t open for me until I reached the 11th level merge in the Love Story chain. In the future, I will try to add needed items for each area. Thank you!

  6. Hi there,
Has anyone finished the great hall and entered the hallway? Where do I get the key for the door?
    Thanks!

    1. There is a task that wants me to give up the Cement Mixer which in my opinion is valuable — should I keep it or use it to compile a task?

      Thanks Sandra

  7. Hello aowam
Just wanted you to know that the drawer cabinet ( which gives vases ) has expanded to 12 levels now !
    Hope life is good 😊.
    Liza

  8. Hi Aowam,
just so you know the lamp chain have been expended from 6 to 10 and several new chain have been added when you enter the Main Hall of the mansion. I was actually looking for the chain starting with a button but did not find how to obtain it for now.
    G day

  9. Since the last update, the main is inaccessible. The apps closes abruptly. I reported this problem, they answered that this is a bug, they are working on it. Can play anymore.

  10. I’m presently playing the recycling runway garage clean up event and collecting the green buttons, but not sure what they are for?

  11. Wow, Weldone. You really put a lot of effort into this and it’s so helpful. Thank you so so much

  12. I have not been able to get the balls to finish the tennis court. All I need is 3 balls to finish but when hitting the ball bag it no longer gives anymore balls to finish
