Problem: I just bought my mom a new Glowlight Plus aaand then it got stuck on the “Downloading” screen for over 2 hours. Soft reset 2 times with the same result.
Solution: plugged the charging cord into it for a little while and then tried another reset. All of the sudden, it worked! I guess it likes having the cord plugged in while updating.
