While the set ones have normal frames, there are a couple with different levels of difficulty as you progress in the game, as denoted by their frame colors (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Rainbow)
Those with different difficultly levels are:
- Office (plain gray doors)
- Vault (golden embellishments)
- Arena (red star)
Differently colored frames:

Notes
- BEWARE: On Uncle Rigsby boss fight, be careful not to get sucked into the middle of the black pit before you kill him because you’ll get stuck! It’s quite the glitch. I had to wait for the police to come kill me and then had to do the fight again!

- The Shroominati worship the Great Mush, and there’s a Broccoli down there that thinks the Great Mush looks more like a Broccoli. In reality, it’s a nuclear blast, explaining why the Foodfolk are sentient and there are some deformed-looking creatures everywhere. Except rats in the sewer.

- The Goblins are actually humans. As Gregg explains, the existing Goblins were vegan cosplayers and LARPers when the blast happened which is why they ended up transforming with pointy ears. They were going to a Con as cosplayers
- Non-Fungus Trinkets it likely a reference to NFTs
- Exposure Bucks is hilarious “shout-outs” on social media by influencers who don’t want to pay for things
- Turnip Boy’s sister reportedly died in a plane crash
- The Great Explosion was the nuclear detonation
- Graffiti Guy is a nod towards Graffiti Games
- The Manhwa quest digs at -chan drawings and Isekai anime/manga
- XTR 9030 GPU must refer to the GeForce RTX 3090
- Dillitini is the mafia pickle you could have freed in the first game when you shatter the jar he was being kept in
- If I remember correctly, the real estate quest is another reference to the first game. Also, in that quest, the acorn turns into a tree after giving you its scalp and tears and wallowing in the soil it bought because not only did it lose its woody cap, but the tears made it so that it would grow roots
- Wood is considered black market material because as foodfolk, they all come from plants, so wood would be rather gruesome
- Body Pillow is in reference to otaku Waifu and Husbando. Interesting that it costs $69
- Lore in the game states that if Turnip Boy speaks, his voice has the ability to rip out people’s souls. Crancran was killed this way in the first game which is why she and her applecats are in The Beyond Arena
- Maybe I went too fast, but I think Turnip Boy says one word to someone in this game, too! Can’t remember now
- “No Scope” from the Foodfolk Separator is in reference to COD games sniper rifle usage. Now, I didn’t play Doom itself, but I did play Chex Quest which is very much like Doom, and I feel like the amalgamation of foodfolk as a door is like The Flembrane that covers some doors in Chex Quest. You have to shoot it to proceed and a gun is what the Separator X 2000 No Scope is
